Were riding again, and we would like to invite you to ride with us on Sunday 10 February 2013, this year we are riding for not one but two beautiful children that need our help. With the huge success of last years ride, ( together with 320 riders we all helped raise $30,000 for Amber & Kaya) – our highest amount raised yet. Sunday 10th February

GRAMPIANS “RIDE TO REMEMBER” 2013 – Sunday, February 3rd 2013
As we head into the Christmas/New Year break just a reminder that you can register for the Grampians “RIDE” online through www.trybooking.com.au or fill in the attached form and send back via email or post in the mail. The 170 km Grampians “RIDE” will depart from Ararat and travel to the fringes of the magnificent Grampians National Park including the townships of Maroona, Willaura, Wickcliffe, Lake Bolac, Westmere, Streatham, Buangor and Warrak before returning to Ararat for a relaxing BBQ lunch and the Show N Shine at the Alexandra Gardens. Cost is $30 per Rider/Pillion with all proceeds going towards a new CT Scanner for the Ararat Hospital – a most worthy cause.
The Show N Shine, sponsored by Wimmera Motorcycles of Horsham will be held on the day and is FREE for all entries so over the holidays it’s a chance to get the bike spruced up and participate on the day. Entry form is attached and again this can be emailed back through or you can submit an entry on the day. Great prizes will be on offer!
The Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation – Ararat Branch relies on the generous support of the community so we hope Riders/Pillions will think carefully about keeping Sunday 3rd February free and come along to Ararat in Western Victoria and participate in our most popular “RIDE”.
New exhibition RIDE opens 15 December Yarra Ranges Regional Museum
We are very pleased to announce our upcoming exhibition ‘RIDE’ at Yarra Ranges Regional Museum, and would like to invite you and/or your group to book in for one of the unique packages on offer exclusively for this exhibition.
The exhibition has been curated in conjunction with local riders and features a range of vintage memorabilia, classic bikes and personal stories. RIDE explores what is behind our love affair with the motorcycle—where it came from, what has shaped it over time, and what it is about Yarra Ranges that captures the essence of Australia’s love for riding. The exhibition is on show Saturday 15 December 2012 until Sunday 17 February 2013.
