A Conformity Declaration is included as part of the initial VicRoads Permit application form and we need to ensure the registered motorcycles remain “within spec”. This form is used by the club members to declare their club-permit registered motorcycle conforms to the VicRoads club permit regulations. It must be sent to the club permit signatory together with the registration form when the registration permit is renewed.
