The Annual General Meeting of CIMAA (Vic) Inc. is scheduled as below:

Agenda:
- Treasurer to present the 2020/21 financial report
- Vote to accept the above report
- Election of the committee. President, vice-president, treasurer, secretary and two committee members
- Allocation of other non-official roles. Ride captain, webmaster and any others decided upon
- General discussion on the direction of the club
Always keen to have new faces on the committee.
Tasty Italian pizza (some gluten-free and veg ones included) will be served at 12:15 so don’t be late. We need to be out by 3 pm. CIMAA to pick up costs. Partners welcome.
Please RSVP by Friday 3rd Dec, since we need to book (and pay for) the space.
NOTE: To enter the restaurant you must show proof of double vaccination via the Victoria Services app or have a printout of your vaccination certificate. No exceptions.
The Secretary will present the club financials at the AGM. The remainder of the day is considered to be a social event. Please do not approach the Secretary or President with club permit renewals or membership payments
