Club Scrutineer Martin Harvey has kindly volunteered to host the first
club event of 2012!
Meet at “Jackson” (31 Mount Arthur Ave Rosebud) at around 10 am for
the morning coffee. Martin’s range of jackets and leathers will be on
display (see www.jacksonracing.com.au). Discounts for club members of
course!
Martin will lead us off on a tour of the Peninsula at around 11:30,
stopping for lunch somewhere along the tour. If you can pre-book with
Martin it will help in selection of a venue.
Once we return to Jackson the real fun begins: the infamous Hardly
Ferocious 1000 slow race.
The rules are simple: no crossing lanes, last man across the post wins,
and a foot down means you are out. Hopefully there will be enough bods
from the Guzzi, CIMAA and Mornington Clubs to allow an inter-club
competition. Martin says Fancy Dress is mandatory!
As this will be a big day, and it is a long way to the shops, BRING FOOD
and DRINK – enough to share. A BBQ will be available. Camping is
