The Annual General Meeting of CIMAA (Vic) Inc. is scheduled as below:

Agenda:

1.  Treasurer to present the 2016/17 financial report
2.  Vote to accept above report
3. Election of the committee. President, vice-president, treasurer, secretary and two committee members
4. Allocation of other non-official roles. Ride captain, webmaster and any others decided upon
5. General discussion on direction of club

As usual delicious food will be provided. Please advise if you have any special dietary requests.

Always keen to have new faces on the committee.

The Secretary will present the club financials at the AGM.  The remainder of the day is considered to be a social event.  Please do not approach the Secretary or President with club permit renewals or membership payments
